Ninja Gurl started having trouble sleeping and it was all over her face with the bags under her eyes and it had us puzzled. She had been having trouble with her massive tonsils so we knew that was the cause of her sleepless nights. I tried the one a day allergy pills and that didn't really help her so we started looking into her diet.
My husband has already been incorporating gluten-free into his diet so we thought we'd give it a go for NG. Along with an awesome cookbook from America's Test Kitchen we had to find the perfect bread for sandwiches for packing her lunch.
