Never take for granted the small stuff.
{Because they are actually big things.}

The Adventures of SupermomI've been feeling better these days with my back, hip and nerve pain because I'm letting a friend rolf me.

No, that isn't some kinky sex role playing.

Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of hands-on manipulation and movement education developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf over 50 years ago. It works on the web-like network of connective tissues, called fascia, to release, realign and balance the whole body, potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations and alleviating pain. Rolfing SI aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.

It WORKS!  Thankfully I know an amazing rolfer who happens to be a friend of ours and he actually married us in his backyard.  It was perfect.  The wedding.  But the rolfing is perfect.

So, I've been going to Nathan a couple of times and will continue to go back.  He's helping my back and he's helping my hip.  Yesterday I had so much energy I could have climbed Mount Everest.

If I actually wanted to climb Mount Everest.

I don't.

One night over the weekend,  or it may have been Friday night, I did my nightly walk through.  I haven't been able to do that in weeks!  Yanno, when everyone is in bed you walk through the house picking things up and putting them where they go.

A book on the shelf.  A pair of socks in the laundry basket.  Stuffed animals in the bucket.  A few dishes in the dishwasher.  Pillows tidied on the couch.  Towels straightened in the bathroom.  Washing and setting out containers for packing lunches.

Just getting the house ready for the morning.

It made me feel good to be able to do these things again for my family and for myself.

So on Monday I wanted to venture out for a few various reasons.

I did spend my day going to the library where I bought some pretty cool books and then I went to Steinmart to buy panties and I happened to find two awesome nightgowns.

Over time I started to develop a latex allergy and it's a pain in the ass.

If elastic touches my skin I break out in painful blisters!!  No joke!  In the spring I tried on a bathing suit and within minutes I had blisters on my breasts, thighs and around my buttock.  It hurt for days and it took forever for the blisters to go away.  I still have a scar on my thigh!

Anyway, finding undies where the elastic doesn't touch me is very difficult and I'm not the go commando type of lady.  When I find undies that I can wear I buy them in bulk.  Right now I have so many pair of black Jockey briefs in my drawer then sadly they started making me break out.  {POUT}  I love those Jockey undies.  While I was at the library I thought I'd go see what I could find at Steinmart since they are close to the house.

I found a few pairs to try.  Here's hoping to NO ALLERGIC REACTION.

I refuse to go COMMANDO!!!  REFUSE IT!!!  I don't care if I have to start making my own undies because I will!
