Last night I was going through the kitchen trying to find something hot for dinner, some comfort food. I didn't have all the ingredients to make my homemade lasagna but I came up with another recipe that tasted delicious and it was a nice change from the usual meat and cheese lasagna that I usually prepare.
Ingredients, all organic:
Fresh Asparagus, chopped in various sizes, and cooked in butter with garlic
One can roasted tomatoes with onion and garlic
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Gouda Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Lasagna Noodles, cooked
Since I cooked everything beforehand it made the dinner super easy because I just had to put it together in layers and heat until cheese was melted on top.

| In deep skillet drizzle olive oil all over pan and spoon some of the tomatoes in pan. |

| Add cooked noodles. |

| Add cooked asparagus. |

| Sprinkle with both cheeses. |

| Add more noodles. |

| Top with rest of tomatoes. |

| More cheese. |

| Place lid on skillet and heat on medium heat until bubbly. |
