Meditation

Meditation offers so many reliefs from our hectic life and allows us to regroup and have a peace about us.  I’ve had trouble meditating and I’ve tried, even bought books but my mind doesn’t stop.  Ever.  That’s probably why I take something for anxiety twice a day.  *nodding*

Superdad checked out a kid’s book from the library about meditation that Lil O’s enjoys.  (Saturday is library day if you didn’t know and we have the stacks of books to prove it.)  Last night before bed Lil O wanted to mediate with Superdad and Baby M wanted to give it a try.

After a minute or two Baby M grabs her pillow and says,

"That’s it, I’m out."

*insert a lot of loud laughter here*

Superdad sneaked back in the living room to tell me what had just happened and we got a good giggle out of it.

I guess meditation isn’t her thing just yet.

I guess tormenting us is her thing though.
