Tonight I threw this together for dinner. Yummy!
Cube up some sweet potatoes, pears, apples and spices. I bake this in olive oil until done. The spices I used were Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn. It's a hit with the family.
Then I cooked some asparagus with onions in garlic oil then I cut up some organic chicken sausage with thyme and sage to add to the meal. Voila!!!
The pear salad is old school, like my 82 year old mamaw makes all the time, it's pears, add a dollop of mayo to the center and then sprinkle Cheddar cheese.
