2 cups all purpose flour
8 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
We mix the dry ingredients up first. Then add the milk and butter.
At this point you can pour half the mixture into another bowl and make two different kinds of muffins.
My little chef is going to add frozen blueberries and pecans to her batter.
Bake on 400 for 14 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out clean.
We made two kinds of muffins with that batch. She made blueberry and I made a spice one with salt on top.
