Love rules all.

Recently, as in the wee hours of this morning, I finished a wonderful book that I had made my January 2012 read.  I received the book for posting the press release on Supermom Reviews and it was actually a book that I wanted to read so it’s been sitting on my desk (along with The Help, The Purpose Driven Life, Science and Health, Silent Partner, A Gate at the Stairs, An Open Heart and MORE) calling my name.

“Michelle, read me.  Read me!  Read me now!”

SO I succumbed to the constant yelling and cozied up to read the book.  At first I read the first few pages and knew I was hooked but then I ran out of time and wasn’t able to pick it back up for a few days.  That happened to be last night around 8pm as I was getting the kids to bed.  The babies share our bedroom and you know this if you follow the blog.  I’m all about co-sleeping or sharing my bed or whatever you want to call it.  Lil O has her twin bed in our room on the other side of my nightstand and Baby M sleeps dead center in our queen sized bed.  I’m still curious as to how we got pregnant with Baby M since Lil O used to take that place up until after Baby M was born.  Strange indeed.  I’m betting it was a quickly at lunch but that’s just a hunch.  Anyway, back to the book at hand.

I put Lil O in her bed with her Where’s Waldo book and grabbed my book and headed to my bathroom, it’s adjacent to the bedroom, to enjoy a soak and read.  I read, read and read in the tub until the water got cold.  We have an energy efficient water heater and since B2 had showered and I had given the dog a bath there was no more hot water to keep my tub nice and cozy.  It does save us money on our power bill though so I cannot complain unless I really want a hot bath at the end of the day and everyone has already used it up!  *Glaring at teenagers*

After my bath I hopped in bed to read some more.  Lil O was asleep by this time and Baby M was fighting sleep tossing and turning in the bed or getting up to see her daddy in the living room while he was watching Carolina Basketball!  GO HEELS!  I continued to read this book.  I remember Superdad coming to bed and even telling me the score but I was totally into this book.

It was one of those ohhhh, wait!!!, hurry up and turn the page to read, NOOOO!!!!, YESSS!!!, YAY!!!!!, turn the page quickly type book.  Then as I read the last page I set the book on my nightstand with a smile.

This book was about love to me.   Love and passion.

Love between people and the passion that burns within.

That feeling of your first love, second love, third love….

We all experience and give love in many forms to many different people.  Love is awesome and meant to share with others.  You can love so many people in so many ways all at the same time.  Love is awesome like that.  Isn’t it amazing at how love can make you feel?  It makes you smile from ear to ear, your heart beat faster and it makes you whole.

I’m 37 years old and I’ve allowed myself to love so many wonderful people and so many wonderful people have loved me.  While reading this book it brought back so much love and passion that is in my life and that has been in my life in the past.  Love is awesome and meant to be shared.

I'm going to share some love with you now!

I love you,
Supermom
