The Vaseline Dry Skin Patrol rescues dry skin at the John Beargease Dog Sled Marathon.

Saturday I had the most amazing time of my life!  I think I can speak for everyone that was there when I say that dog sledding in Duluth was AWESOME!!!!!  Being in the cold temperatures and falling snow can really hurt your skin unless you protect it from the elements around you!  Vaseline Intensive Rescue is the best lotion for that job!  Not only does it protect your dry skin but it heals your skin!

The Dry Skin Patrol was in Duluth to tell everyone how wonderful Vaseline Intensive Rescue Lotion is!    Being a sponsor at the John Beargrease Dog Sled Marathon was the perfect opportunity to tell everyone about our mission!  Lots of samples with coupons were handed out to everyone!!!!  We were even around to answer questions and tell about our mission.  The most amazing mission ever!!!  To rescue you from your dry skin.

Saturday we had our big event.  Dog sledding for the very first time!  Just think of all the great things we've been able to do because of this tour!!!  Out of all four events I think that dog sledding was my favorite!  It's something that I know I might not be able to do again so I just absorbed everything I could!

Meeting my lead dog Cilantro.  He was born to RUN!!!  In fact all these dogs just want to run all the time!!!  He even gave me a kiss.

Here I am getting ready to hit the open trail.  There's no time to prepare because John just untied them from the tree and they were OFF running full throttle.

Even falling off my sled in the snow didn't slow me down!  Yes, I fell off and no the dogs don't stop for you!  In fact they were probably like "Wahooo boys lets speed this up!" when I fell off.  That didn't stop me from running after them shouting "WHOA!".  It didn't work though because they kept on running.  I was laughing as I kept falling into the deep snow chasing after them.

Here we are with the legendary John Stetson who graciously opened his home to us and taught us all we know about dog sledding.

Here we are with our guest blogger Zippy of Champagne Living.  She took some amazing pictures for us.  She also made the trip more enjoyable with her amazing funny self.

All I can say is that I've never felt physically better even after being in the cold for several hours!  My skin didn't itch.  My skin didn't hurt.  My skin was soft to the touch and moisturized just like I had applied my lotion after my shower.

Thank you Vaseline Intensive Rescue for rescuing my dry skin!

It was pretty cool seeing the big picture of me first thing Sunday morning while looking through the newspaper.

Awww, Jen! It was an awesome time! Sadly the tour is over. Now I'm home resting after my hysterectomy.

Thank you Financial for the comment.

Thank you Wendy, it was a blast!

This will be a random question that will be from a CrAzY conversation with my Beastie Grits.

The first ever question asked since the very small, more work to do, blog change over.

1)  Where do you keep your wine?

My response,

"Above the washing machine as no one else knows how to use such a complex machine."

She said, I picture with her hands on her hips, "Yeah, NO SHIT!  LOL"

Thank you thank you thank you,
