I love a man that wears a tie.

With Father's Day coming up I thought I would offer a few suggestions for the men in your life.  Husband, boyfriend, your dad, your son, your grandfather...

1 ~ Ties.  Ties are not OLD SCHOOL.  I think ties are pretty awesome myself.  I received this awesome email from a man who feels the same about ties.

His name is Matt and he runs a cool site called Tiepedia.  There's everything from Tying Your Tie to a Tie of the Month and even Tie Shopping.  It doesn't get any better than that.

So, don't mark Tie off your Father's Day gift list.

2 ~ A Tie Cake.  Matt sent me this awesome article from his site Tiepedia.  If you think there are too many ties involved then make a Tie Cake.  Here are a few pictures I "borrowed" from Matt's site.

Just wander over to Tiepedia to see the original sources of these cakes and to see a bunch more!!!!!

3 ~ Golf Balls.  If the man involved loves golf then buy him some golf balls.  They can never have too many.  Right???

4 ~ A Magazine Subscription.  Does he like to read????  He'd love a subscription of one of his favorite magazines.  Or a gift card from the bookstore.

5 ~ Gardening Supplies.  If he likes to garden them buy that man some plants to transplant.  You cannot go wrong with giving him his favorite vegetable or herb to plant in his garden space.  Or gloves, small gardening tools or something to decorate his garden with.

That's all I can think of at the moment.  I'm sure any of these suggestions will make any Father's Day a hit!!!
