Pass the peach brandy please.

Today while making my bread I grabbed the peach brandy from the cabinet instead of the olive oil by mistake.  I thought, hmmmmmmm.

Along with white bread and rolls I tried an experiment.

I took some bread dough.  Poured lots of peach brandy on it, added brown sugar and cinnamon.  Kneaded it up.  After it baked and cooled I sprinkled powdered sugar on it.  I'll tell you how it tastes later.
