Ask and you shall recieve.

Here's the basic bread recipe that I use from the book Ratio by Michael Ruhlman.

In my mixer bowl I throw in these things in this order.

4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons salt
12 ounces water

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon active yeast onto water.

2 tablespoons honey

I put the bowl on my stand mixer. Turn it on low then walk away for a few minutes.

Take bowl and cover it with plastic wrap then let it sit for an hour.

I knead the dough on a floured surface. This is where you can add whatever you want!!!

I grease my pans. Put the dough in. Score the dough then bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes.

Enjoy :)

**UPDATE**
I doubled the above recipe. I made one plain loaf for sandwiches. I split what was left for two special breads. One I added some basil I just dried, coriander and salt. The other I added brown sugar and cinnamon. I'll post pictures as soon as I pull them out of the ovens.
